Return Policy

Please note and be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please review and confirm your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or incorrect your claim must be received within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Damaged items must be unused and unopened (Shrink Wrap on butters should not be broken and intact.) Please complete the claim form and return with your product.  Also, Please list the desired replacement item of same value to be shipped in it's place at no additional costs to you once the return item and claim form has been received by Brodie's Naturals.
